Great place and very kind staff. But most of the time it's very crowded and you won't be able to find a place to sit (which is why I only give four stars).

No one expects service from Starbucks! But this one is even worse...

I was there again after a long time. As far as the implementation of the Corona measures is concerned, I was not asked to provide my data when consuming it on site. I found a QR code on the table and instructions on how to enter your details. Since I don't have a QR code reader on my phone, the whole thing turned out to be complicated. Fortunately, my company was able to help.

An Americanata, coffee costs 3 or 4 euros. But they have different types of coffee which to my surprise are very good. I went for my daughter and I loved it

Classical Starbucks view. The wi-fi doesn't connected at upstairs. There's not enough worker because of the place has too much leftovers on the tables.

I go there regularly, working on my laptop or studying. I feel comfort and so welcomed. Cozy and perfect for study groups but you should be there before 10 am if you are willing to get a good place for your group. Regular prices and delicious cakes (fresh), my favourite drinks are matcha latte(4,90 almost) and black caffe (1.99 e). Positive vibes and good jazz music!

Great staff, I was in Germany on business but still felt guilty for not speaking German. They made me feel very welcome.

It is always very full, the drinks are delicious but unfortunately also very expensive. With cold drinks, ¾ of the cup are made only of ice, although you can order without. The staff is very nice.

Internet didn't work.

Sometimes it is full crowded, and sometimes less. But the staff here is always friendly and deliever a good job!

Dirty toilets.

Lovely coffee. To many people sitting at tables on their laptops taking up spaces without buying any drinks. So difficult to sit down and have lunch/ breakfast. There should be a policy. U all need to but a drink to use their facilities

Had a lebkuchen latte. Really nice!!!

I sat here a few times during my break and relaxed in one of the comfortable armchairs. The staff I have always taken friendly. And that despite the high frequency at the Neumarkt. Sometimes it is a bit full, but that's no wonder, given the location. Nothing to complain about. Everyone is welcome here. Class!

Starbucks in the mean. They have a matcha drink that we do not have in France. We like to see how our names are written abroad, alas, consuming on the spot we had real glasses ... The drink was good. It was not too busy for a Sunday. Clean toilets.

I hate to say but the sandwiches weren't fresh. The Coffee like always is best.

Coffee is good but toilets needs more attention

It is good but a bit more cleaniness and tidiness could make it better place. It doesn't have a bog sitting place down stairs but there is also sitting place up stairs. It has good location, staff is fast working and frendly.

Before a cold of what exists and good Germany is to find a Starbucks on the way to a hot chocolate where I attended a girl who spoke in Spanish, extraordinary. Recommended one hundred percent.

I stayed here for 10 mins. The staff was professional and my drinks were well-made. It was one of my best moments in Cologne.

small branch, upstairs so small , but very good service, good coffee.

Starbucks am Neumarkt is in my opinion recommended. The café is relatively large as there are two levels of seating and you can sit outside. The staff was very friendly during my visit and my order was done quickly. The mango rappucciono also tasted really good.
